All clients receive videos showing exactly step-by-step the work done. Whether it
was training on how to do a task or getting your computer back to normal, you'll see exactly
how to do it. If it's been a while and you need a refresher, videos are there to refresh
your memory. You can pause, skip back to watch a step again or skip ahead to a certain spot
that you need to see again without watching from beginning to end. Access anywhere, anytime, on your schedule.
Videos are:
Private behind a password-protected login so only you see your videos. (If you need your employees to view them, they'll be assigned their own username/password to login at no charge. If a husband/wife/kids want their own login, cool. Consider it done. Need particular logins to only view certain videos, but not others, just let me know. The software is unlimited in the ability to separate to any level/combination. Have an employee leave your company, just let me know and their access will be disabled promptly. And all of this administration is done at no cost...whether a family or a large business, and every size in between, all permission setup/maintenance is included in what you paid me for the work itself.)
If you and I are working together at the time the video is being made, whether on-site or remotely, your questions and my answers are in the video. (Along with me demonstrating it.)
